Tyrone Schools has up for sealed bid a early 2000 model Grasshopper Mower in as is condition. We will be accepting bids until 3:00PM Monday July 15, 2024. You may look at the mower from Monday - Thursday 8:00AM until 3:00PM. Bids are to be in writing and turned into the office no later than the deadline. The Board of Education reserves the right to refuse any or all bids.

Tyrone Seniors: the graduation photo's are ready for pickup. You can retrieve your Photo's Monday - Thursday from 8:00AM to 3:00PM in the front office.

Tyrone Schools has acquired the Tyrone Church of Christ building as an incredible donation from the Church of Christ members. We thank them so much and we are excited for this opportunity. The school has items from the church that we are going to sell for a good will donation. We have Pews, a table, and a sign among other stuff. Through a grant opportunity we have been offered a new Therapy dog for the well being of students, staff, and community members. Due to potential weather for Saturday April 27, 2024 the regional track meet has been postponed to Monday April 29, 2024. The athletes participating in regional track will leave on Sunday April 28. New permission slips will be sent home.

Tyrone High School senior, Brooklyn Stevens was selected as the Tyrone High School DAR Good Citizen presented by the Woodward DAR Chapter (Daughters of the American Revolution). This National Award is intended to recognize and reward seniors who possess good citizenship qualities of dependability, service, leadership and patriotism. Brooklyn received a DAR certificate, a DAR pin, and a Woodward Chapter scholarship for participation in the essay competition.
